If 'Any' is selected,
results for all the TLDs the administrator has configured
to search will be returned. You can restrict the search
to a single TLD by selecting it from the drop down
list.
The .name TLD can be either : 2nd level, ie : FirstLastName.name or 3rd level, ie : FirstName.LastName.name.
Try both for availability.
